What is included in the programme?

When you're signing up for this weight management programme, you get:

  • Live online sessions with me (Clem) via Teams in a group setting (20 sessions for full programme, 12 sessions for phase 1 only)

  • Access to an online library (on Teams) with all the content: worksheets, recipes, session recordings. 

  • Two personalised 30-minute one-on-one chats with me, for tailored advice.

  • A small group setting (max 10 participants) that provides a wonderful opportunity to share, learn, and support each other under the guidance of a nutrition and eating behaviour expert, me!

Do I have to commit to the whole programme?

​The complete programme consists of 20 sessions, spread over 8 months, and divided into two phases. From experience, this is the best length to deliver lasting results. But if it feels like too much of a commitment, don't worries: you can sign up for phase 1 only and decide later if you want to continue.

How much does it cost?

  • The full programme (20 sessions) cost: £550 or only £450 with the early-bird discount.

  • Phase 1 only (12 sessions): £350 or only £300 with the early-bird discount. 

  • Phase 2 (8sessions): £250 

Remember to enter the coupon code during checkout to enjoy the early-bird discount. If you need payment adjustments, please let us know.

Can I cancel, if necessary?

You can cancel without any fees up to the first session. 

Up to session 2 (inclusive), you'll only be charged £30 per attended session if you change your mind.

What happens once I signed up?

After booking, You will receive calendar invitations and access to Teams. You will also receive a few forms to fill in to help me better understand your specific needs and expectations.

What if I miss a session?

The sessions occur on the same day and time to make it as easy to remember as possible and typically avoid school holidays (see schedule below)

If you miss a session, you can access the recording for up to one month to catch up.
