A bit about me

I specialise in eating behaviours, weight management, women's health, gut health and wellbeing at work.

I'm a registered nutritionist: I help people with finding the right way to feed themselves. I hold a MSc in Clinical Nutrition (with Distinction and Top Student prize)

I'm a wellbeing consultant: I work with organisations to develop and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives and programmes, in line with their wellbeing strategies

I'm a published author: I wrote 28 Days to Gut Health (published by Smith Street Books), and 28 Days to Intermittent Fasting (published in France by Hachette)

I'm a visiting lecturer: I teach Public Health for the BSc in Public Health & Nutrition and the MSc Clinical Nutrition at the University of Roehampton

I'm a chef and I'm French: I trained at l'Ecole Ducasse in Paris, cooked at l'Escargot in Soho and gave cooking classes

I've always loved food and how it weaves through every aspect of our lives, as individuals and as a society.

It fuels our days, builds and repairs our bodies, strengthens our social bonds, enables us to express ourselves.

But it can also causes us harm, whether it is physically, mentally or socially.

My ambition is to address food and our eating habits in all their complexity to enable us all to thrive and living well, acknowledging that this will look different for everyone.

In my work as a wellbeing expert, I bring together my love for scientific evidence, my clinical experience and coaching skills, as well as my knowledge of the corporate world to deliver solutions and advice tailored to my clients.
