The live sessions with Clem are conducted online using Teams. You'll also gain access to a library with all the content, including video recordings. Plus, you'll have two personalised 30-minute one-on-one chats with Clem for tailored advice. The small group setting provides a wonderful opportunity to share, learn, and support each other under the guidance of a nutrition and eating behaviour expert. The programme is divided into two phases, which can be booked separately: **Phase 1 - THE ACTIVE PHASE:** This phase spans over 3 months with weekly meetings (12 sessions).
